2010 - Appraiser's Assistant had a huge potential but fizzled due to the complexity and ever-changing nature of the service. The collapse of the housing market called for a third party application to assign appraisers to residential real estate transactions. The business model of Appraiser's Asssistant required constantly playing cat-and-mouse with the appraisal assignment entities; AA would develop algorythyms to quickly fetch appraisal assignments for their appraisers almost as fast as the assignment companies would alter their systems. In the end it proved too much for AA overloaded developers.
While the site is simple and the design generic it did manage to pull in the leads.
