2013 - My good friends Pete and Karen commissioned me to do a Warhol-like piece of them and their daughter.
Rather than creating a silkscreen, as Andy Warhol was fond of doing, I manipulated the images in PhotoShop then had the image printed onto canvas using the giclee process, a method that produces a very bright and textural piece. It was then stretched and framed. The finished product appears perhaps as close to a silkscreen as is possible without actually being a silkscreen.
